finishing touches for the basement reno. Mr. Hare and I went
furniture shopping and I tried my best to let him make all the
decisions. It wasn't easy but he did a great job! I snapped some
photos below. They are a little small because I was using my
iPhone.
These are the chairs we ordered for the basement. I'm not
a fan of leather but I love the lines on this chair. Chic, yet
masculine.
This is the couch he wanted but we found out after that we won't
be able to fit it down the stairs. We're still looking for something.
I also had to share this photo from last week. Mr. Hare called me
downstairs to check out his artwork on the floor. Isn't it sweet?
We figure some young couple will find it in 20 years when they
are doing their own reno of our basement.
Finally, I had to share this little project that my adorable mom worked
on for her kitchen. She found a spice rack on clearance and used her
label maker to mark the bottles. Isn't it cute? The total project cost her
$9! I was very proud of her!
